Leyla Martin is a sophomore, class of 2027 at Marietta High School. She has been attending Marietta Schools since 6th grade. Leyla is now an honor student in World History, part of the JV basketball cheer team and also plays Varsity softball for MHS Fastpitch. This is Leyla’s first time being a part of the JV cheer team and The Pitchfork. She joined journalism this year to broaden her interests and experience working in something new.
